Who I Work Best With
I work best with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or neurodivergent experiences and are ready to explore their emotions and make meaningful changes. My ideal client is open, motivated, and willing to be gently challenged in the process of growth.
I also enjoy supporting parents seeking guidance for their children, creating a collaborative space to improve emotional connection and understanding.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you’re a teen struggling with anxiety, a parent seeking support for your child, or an individual navigating life’s challenges, I am here to help.
With over four years of experience as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergent conditions, and mood disorders. My experience spans telehealth, school settings, and community mental health, allowing me to adapt my approach to fit the unique needs of each client.
I take a collaborative and person-centered approach, integrating evidence-based techniques to foster healing and growth. My work is guided by:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helping clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
Play Therapy – Using creative expression to help children and adolescents communicate and process emotions.
Trauma-Informed Care – Providing a safe space for clients to work through past and present trauma.
Strength-Based Therapy – Encouraging resilience and empowerment in all aspects of life.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, focused on helping you develop coping skills and regain control of your life. I became a therapist because I understand the importance of having someone in your corner. I work with children, teens, parents, and individuals to build confidence and create fulfilling lives. Whether you’re navigating transitions, relationship challenges, or emotional struggles, I’m here to support you on your journey to healing and growth with care and compassion.
