I've made it my mission to specialize in trauma, EMDR therapy, anxiety, grief, and loss. Why? Because these are the areas where I can truly make an impact. Through extensive training in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy, I've learned evidence-based interventions that can support you on your healing and recovery journey.
